Up to the minute surf reports and ‘surf cam’ views of the local surf breaks will ensure that you make the most of your stay on the North Devon coast.

The prestigious Saunton Sands golf club is two minutes from the house and is set within the Braunton Burrows reserve making it one of the most impressive links courses in the country.

If you need to simply let go and relax the many local walks will please and delight. Take a short stroll through the fields to the front of the house or walk through the sand dunes to the sea.

Half an hour drive away you can explore the Exmoor National Park and the areas of outstanding natural beauty.

The Tarka Trail is a five minute walk away and cycles can be hired at Otter Cycles. Bikes can be booked in advance, so just ask when you book your stay.

Braunton Burrows, North Devon are a Site of Special Scientific Interest and has also been designated a Biosphere Reserve by the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organisation.  We can provide maps and routes to help you get the best from this great location.  Whether it’s superb countryside and coastal walks, great restaurants and country pubs, golf, cycling or surfing we will help you to make the most of this spectacular scenic and historic part of Devon.
