Beach, also located at the front of the house, is a Double Room.

Ocean is our King Room located at the front of the house.

Dune is our twin room which is located at the back of the house.

We have three rooms: ‘Ocean’, ‘Beach’ and ‘Dune’. ‘Ocean’ is a King Room, ‘Beach’ is a Double and ‘Dune’ is a twin room. All of our rooms have their own ensuite shower-rooms.

All rooms are en suite and prices are per room per night and include a choice of breakfasts.

Guest are requested to arrive after 3:30pm on day of arrival and to vacate rooms by 10:00 on the day of departure.

Unfortunately we are not able to accommodate small children or pets.

Breakfast is usually served between 8 and 9 in the conservatory with views of the Great Field, Braunton Burrows and the Estuary.

You can start your day with a choice of breakfasts that will be freshly made from locally sourced ingredients, where possible.   A take away option is also available.

A buffet of fruit juice, quality branded cereals, granary or white toast with homemade marmalade & fresh tea and coffee is available and, in addition you can choose from any of the following:

Full English Breakfast (local sausage, bacon, egg, tomato, mushrooms, beans).

Vegetarian Full English Breakfast    (veggie sausage, bubble & squeak, egg, tomato, mushrooms, beans).

Granola Pot    (stewed apple or plums, natural yoghurt topped with granola with seasonal fresh fruit).

Continental Option    (croissants, pan au chocolat, fresh fruit, preserves).

The Simple Option   (porridge topped with fresh fruit and sugar)

Your Arrival:

Please arrive after 3.30pm.
It may be possible for you to leave your luggage earlier – but please get in touch to organise this in advance.

Your Departure:

We ask that you vacate your room by 10.00am.

The televisions in all the rooms are equipped with Freeview.
